Nail art is optional and quoted separately. Removal is charged separately. Colours-only bookings need no design references. Your route determines the treatment minimum and travel fee.

Choose “I’d love a design” for each guest who wants nail art. Share reference photos on WhatsApp; we’ll agree the design, extra price and treatment time before confirmation.

French tips, gradients, cat-eye effects, chrome, 3D art, hand-painted designs and other decorative extras are not included or automatically added to your estimate.

Significant changes to an agreed design may require a revised quotation or rescheduling.

Wednesday visits in Desa ParkCity / Mont Kiara begin in December 2026. Monday Rawang / Anggun and Saturday TTDI / Damansara begin in January 2027. You can check prices and submit an advance request for dates from each route’s opening month onward. Our team confirms availability and your full quotation before arranging your deposit. Changing your day clears an incompatible date. Choose a preferred start time from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Dates and times are requests; our team confirms availability.

We use the verified one-way driving distance from your selected day’s starting area to your home.

• Standard · 0 ~ 10 km: travel included; RM258 minimum treatments.
• Extended · over 10 ~ 20 km: RM20 + RM5 per kilometre beyond 10 km, rounding extra kilometres up. At 12 km, travel is RM30. Minimum treatments: RM258.
• Private · over 20 km: RM450 minimum combined treatments; travel fee confirmed by our service team, subject to travel time, staffing and scheduling approval.

RM450 is treatment value, not an extra fee. Two Signature Duos = RM516. Travel is charged once per home and excluded from the treatment minimum.

The circle is a visual guide, not a driving boundary. If a drive cannot be verified, our service team will confirm the travel fee. Travel times exclude live traffic; routing services may choose different roads.

Exact address, access, travel, tolls and paid parking are agreed before a deposit.

Send your WhatsApp request. We’ll confirm guests, packages, date, time, address, treatment duration, staffing, travel and home setup. Requested nail art is agreed separately.

The RM50 deposit is per booking and deducted from your bill. Group deposits are agreed individually; RM50 does not automatically cover a group.

Your appointment is confirmed after our team accepts the arrangements and receives the agreed deposit. You receive the full quotation first.

• Just prepare a comfortable sofa. We’ll take care of the rest.
• Good lighting and ventilation help us make your visit comfortable.
• Keep pets away from the treatment area.
• Arrange building access, security registration and parking before we arrive.

Deposits are non-refundable for customer cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit carries forward as credit towards a future booking. With less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited.

One complimentary reschedule may be offered, subject to availability. Being unavailable after 20 minutes may count as a no-show.

If TUTUUYOU cancels, choose a deposit refund or an agreed alternative. Emergencies are reviewed individually. Your consumer rights remain unchanged.

We clean and disinfect reusable tools, use suitable single-use items and practise hand hygiene. Tell us about nail-product allergies or sensitivities before your visit.

We may postpone unsafe nail or skin treatments. Staff may stop or decline service in an unsafe environment.

We respect your home and belongings. No home photos are taken or posted without permission. This planner does not store your address.

Google receives address searches and selected coordinates to locate your home and calculate the drive. Confirming a pin can update the address, which you can then refine. Your estimate uses the selected map location. For a different location, search again or adjust the pin. Our service team confirms the final address and travel fee.

Keep private unit details in the separate unit field. Your contact details, address, unit, landmark and treatment choices are saved for our service team. WhatsApp opens with a short message and your request reference for you to send. Google receives the selected coordinates—or the supplied address if no pin is confirmed—to prepare maps for the team’s visit brief. Your contact details and separate unit notes are not sent to Google.

If the address or drive cannot be verified, send your written address so our service team can confirm the travel fee.

Google Maps is subject to Google Maps terms and Google’s Privacy Policy.

For workmanship concerns, contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours, with photos. We assess each concern and discuss a suitable resolution.

This is not an unconditional refund, unlimited repair or durability guarantee. Your consumer rights remain unchanged.
